Jacqueline is a proven business leader with more than 15 years of experience driving sales growth, operational excellence, and organizational enablement in the financial services industry. She began her career at Northwestern Mutual where she built a foundation in sales and client service before moving to The Vanguard Group, Inc. At Vanguard, she advanced into leadership roles after completing a highly competitive rotational leadership program at the headquarters in Malvern, PA. After completing the program, she moved to the Charlotte, NC regional hub and led several teams of registered representatives in sales, service, and the high-net-worth arena in the Retail Investor Group. She later joined TIAA, where she held several senior leadership positions in business management and sales enablement. In these roles, she specialized in aligning strategy with execution, equipping nationwide advisory teams with the tools, resources, and processes needed to achieve growth and consistently exceed performance goals.

 

Today, Jacqueline serves as the Chief Operating Officer & Integrator at CIIG, where she integrates vision into daily operations and serves as the operational backbone for the organization. She is recognized for her ability to foster collaboration across functions, streamline processes to improve efficiency, and drive results through accountability and measurable performance. With deep expertise in business development, sales leadership, and operational enablement, Jacqueline thrives in transforming strategic objectives into outcomes that deliver meaningful results for clients, partners, and across the agency.

Outside of her professional work, Jacqueline is dedicated to her family and community. She is married and the proud mother of two young boys, with their German short-haired pointer who keeps the entire family active and outdoors. A person of strong faith, she also serves her parish community by teaching faith formation at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Outside of work you can find her watching her sons play baseball, playing the piano, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, or enjoying the Carolina coast as a family. Her blend of professional expertise, leadership experience, and personal commitment to family and service define the values she brings to her work and her clients every day.
