Kim joined our team in May 2023 as a Personal Lines Account Manager, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has held a wide range of positions across both sales and service, giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep knowledge of the field.

Originally from New York, Kim has lived there her entire life. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three daughters and five grandbabies, often volunteering at their school and cheering on her favorite teams—the Syracuse Orange and the New York Yankees. And here’s a fun fact that makes her truly unique: Kim bakes cookies every single day!
