Hope Brooks brings over three decades of insurance industry experience to her role as Personal Lines Operations Manager at CIIG. She joined our team after serving as an Account Manager with Great Florida Insurance, where she managed both personal and commercial clients, rounded out accounts, and oversaw weekly bookkeeping. Known for her ability to balance multiple responsibilities with ease, Hope has built a reputation as a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who prioritizes client relationships and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Hope’s passions reflect her vibrant personality and commitment to community. She is a longtime Georgetown Hoyas and Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and she spent years coaching boys’ AAU basketball. Hope also loves to cook, finding joy and creativity in the kitchen.

At the heart of everything she does is family. Hope and her husband, Greg, of 33 years, share a beautifully blended family that includes four children, a young man she formerly coached and later welcomed into her family, and two grandchildren who light up her world. Recently, Hope moved to South Carolina to be closer to her sisters, further underscoring her deep commitment to family and community.
