Michelle Snipes joined CIIG in October 2014 and has grown with the agency through increasingly broad leadership and operational responsibilities. As Vice President of Executive Operations & Culture, Michelle works closely with CIIG’s CEO and leadership team to support agency operations, organizational initiatives, employee engagement, and the overall CIIG Team experience.

With a strong focus on people, culture, and operational excellence, Michelle helps lead initiatives that strengthen the organization and support CIIG’s continued growth. Her responsibilities span internal operations, agency-wide communication, employee engagement, facilities, vendor and technology coordination, company events, and strategic projects. She is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for the CIIG Team, valued clients, community, and strategic partners.

Michelle is also actively involved in the local HR community through York County SHRM, where she serves on the Board of Directors. Outside of CIIG, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on Tate at the baseball field. She approaches each day with the belief that life is too short to be anything but happy.
