Michelle Snipes joined CIIG in October 2014, bringing more than 26 years of customer service experience to the organization. As Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, she plays a key role in agency-wide communication, employee engagement, and coordinating both internal and external events. She also oversees office operations, supports executive priorities, and serves as a primary liaison with strategic partners and vendors.

As one of CIIG’s long-tenured team members, Michelle helps support the culture and day-to-day operations that allow the agency to deliver exceptional experiences for its team, valued clients, and community partners. Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and positive mindset, she works to ensure operations run smoothly while building strong relationships both inside and outside the organization. Since January 2020, she has also served on the CCSHRM Board of Directors, supporting the growth and development of the local HR community.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her youngest son, Tate, at his travel baseball games. She approaches each day with the belief that life is too short to be anything but happy.
