Lisa Allen was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina. After graduating from Northwestern High School, she continued her education at York Technical College before beginning a 34-year career at Piedmont Medical Center in Business Services. During her tenure, she supervised key functions including customer service, billing, and collections. In August 2020, Lisa joined CIIG as a Benefits Specialist following her time at Piedmont. In this role, she works closely with clients to help them understand and navigate their insurance benefits, serving as a trusted resource and advocate on their behalf.

 

Outside of her professional career, Lisa is devoted to her family. She and her husband, James, have two daughters, Brooke and Emily, both of whom are married, as well as two grandsons she deeply adores. Lisa is also the proud owner of a Schnoodle named Beau. An active member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, she enjoys volunteering and contributing her time to the community.
