Kim Waldron serves as Director of Finance and Administration, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance, human resources, and operations. Growing up in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Kim values community, hard work, and relationship-driven leadership—principles that continue to shape her professional approach. She has a strong track record of improving financial accuracy, strengthening administrative processes, and supporting teams through thoughtful, people-focused policies.

With experience spanning financial management, payroll and benefits administration, HR policy development, and systems oversight, Kim partners closely with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and a positive workplace culture. She graduated from Northwestern High School and Winthrop University and is an active SHRM member.
