Kim Waldron serves as VP of Finance & Business Operations, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance, human resources, and operations. Growing up in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Kim values community, hard work, and relationship-driven leadership—principles that continue to shape her professional approach. She has a strong track record of improving financial accuracy, strengthening administrative processes, and supporting teams through thoughtful, people-focused policies.

With experience spanning financial management, payroll and benefits administration, HR policy development, and systems oversight, Kim partners closely with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and a positive workplace culture. She graduated from Northwestern High School and Winthrop University and is an active SHRM member.
