Jessica Cunningham serves as a Quoting, Implementation & Client Service Account Manager at CIIG, supporting the agency’s benefits team through accurate quoting, smooth implementation, and responsive client service. She brings a strong background in customer service and financial operations, with experience in finance, collections, and client support that helps her deliver detail-oriented and dependable service.

Originally from Lexington, South Carolina, Jessica later moved to Rock Hill to attend Winthrop University. After completing her studies, she built a professional foundation in finance and customer service before transitioning into the benefits field, where she now has approximately two years of experience. She is committed to supporting clients with clear communication, accuracy, and a positive, solutions-focused approach while continuing to grow her knowledge within the industry.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their pup, Oscar. She also loves cooking, spending time outdoors—especially on the lake—and making memories with friends and family.
