Delcine brings over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, with licensing in both Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health. She’s built her career on trust, strong relationships, and a deep commitment to serving both clients and carrier partners well.

In her role, Delcine supports advisor development while also leading the Quoting & Implementation team, helping streamline processes and create a more efficient, consistent experience across the agency. She believes wholeheartedly that “Teamwork makes the Dream Work” and is driven by creating exceptional experiences for clients, teammates, and partners alike.

Outside of work, Delcine enjoys reading, writing, walking, and spending time in nature. She also loves football, basketball, and making memories with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her positivity, faith, and heart for people show up in everything she does.
