Debbie Jarriel brings more than 45 years of independent insurance agency experience to her role as Commercial Lines Development Consultant at CIIG. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including Commercial Lines Account Manager, Advisor, Customer Service Manager, and Corporate Officer. Her extensive experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of Commercial Lines, from client service and coverage needs to carrier relationships and agency operations.

Debbie places a high priority on building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each client. She believes insurance solutions should be customized to properly protect each business and has built her career around providing knowledgeable, thoughtful guidance. At CIIG, Debbie also shares her experience with our Commercial Lines team through coaching, quoting support, carrier relationships, and process development.

A lifelong resident of the Rock Hill community, Debbie was a member of the first graduating class of Northwestern High School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She also loves reading, cooking for her family, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
