My name is Shannon Thompson and I am excited to be joining CIIG. With over 25 years in the insurance business, I bring a wide variety of skills and experiences to the team. I look forward to furthering the foundation of this successful business through streamlining processes, performance development and new technology.  While insurance is not a glamorous subject, I see it as a vital service industry in both our personal and professional lives and I am proud to be taking care of people in that capacity.   As CIIG continues to grow, the strength of our team will ensure excellent client service and highly valued products. My life outside of work consists of grabbing as much family time as I can get
